SATIF is not merely a trade event or conference. It is a business-focused platform that facilitates qualified B2B meetings, strategic partnerships, market expansion, and international trade cooperation before, during, and after the forum.
The official business matching program of SATIF is SATIF TradeMatch™, which is designed to connect participating companies with compatible business partners based on their industries, products, commercial interests, and target markets.

All references in these Terms to "SATIF", "Organizer", "we", "our", or "us" refer to TWOSERT Investment & Development Co., acting as the official organizer of SATIF.

Users agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:
violate any applicable laws or regulations;
infringe the rights of third parties;
interfere with the operation or security of the website;
transmit malicious software or harmful code;
attempt unauthorized access to any systems or data;
submit false or misleading information.
The Organizer reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any user who violates these Terms or whose activities may compromise the security, integrity, or reputation of SATIF.
6. Registration & Eligibility

The Organizer reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any registration at its sole discretion where participation is deemed inconsistent with the objectives, integrity, or professional standards of SATIF.
Completion of a registration form or payment of participation fees does not automatically guarantee acceptance or participation.
7. Business Profile Verification
To participate in SATIF and the SATIF TradeMatch™ Program, participants may be required to submit accurate and complete business information, including but not limited to:

Participants represent and warrant that all information submitted is accurate, truthful, complete, and up to date.
The Organizer reserves the right to request supporting documentation for verification purposes.
Providing false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information may result in:
Rejection of registration;
Suspension of participation;
Cancellation without refund; or
Permanent exclusion from future SATIF events.
8. SATIF TradeMatch™
SATIF TradeMatch™ is the official business matchmaking program of SATIF.
The program is designed to facilitate structured business introductions between participating companies based on commercial compatibility and mutual business interests.
Business matching may consider, among other factors:
Industry sector
Products and services
Export or import objectives
Target markets
Business size
Commercial interests
Investment opportunities
Participant preferences
Availability of compatible business partners
Participation in SATIF TradeMatch™ is available only to approved participants who complete the required business profile and registration process.
The Organizer reserves the right to determine the methodology, scheduling, prioritization, and implementation of all business matching activities.
9. Business Matching Disclaimer
The Organizer will use reasonable professional efforts to facilitate meaningful business introductions and B2B meetings through SATIF TradeMatch™.
However, the Organizer does not guarantee:
the availability of specific companies or buyers;
the number of meetings requested by a participant;
successful negotiations;
commercial agreements;
purchase orders;
investments;
strategic partnerships;
sales;
revenue generation; or
any particular commercial outcome.
Business opportunities depend on many factors beyond the Organizer's control, including market conditions, participant interests, commercial negotiations, legal requirements, and business decisions made independently by participants.
10. B2B Meetings
SATIF facilitates structured business meetings between participants.
Meeting schedules are developed based on business compatibility, participant objectives, availability, and operational considerations.
The Organizer reserves the right to:
schedule meetings;
modify meeting times;
replace meetings;
cancel meetings;
reschedule meetings;
add additional meetings whenever reasonably necessary.
Participants acknowledge that meeting schedules may change before or during the event.
Every reasonable effort will be made to maximize relevant business opportunities for all participants.
11. Commercial Relationships
SATIF acts solely as a business matchmaking platform.
The Organizer is not:
a commercial agent;
a broker;
a distributor;
a sales representative;
an investment advisor;
a financial intermediary; or
a contracting party in any transaction between participants.
Any negotiations, agreements, contracts, purchase orders, investments, partnerships, memoranda of understanding (MOUs), letters of intent (LOIs), or other commercial arrangements entered into between participants are entirely independent of the Organizer.
Participants are solely responsible for conducting their own commercial due diligence before entering into any business relationship.
12. Participant Responsibilities
Each participant agrees to:
act professionally and in good faith;
provide accurate business information;
attend scheduled meetings whenever reasonably possible;
communicate respectfully with other participants;
comply with applicable laws and regulations;
respect confidential business information;
avoid misleading or deceptive business practices;
refrain from any conduct that could damage the reputation of SATIF or other participants.
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of participation without refund.
13. Participation Fees
Participation in SATIF is subject to the applicable participation fees published on the official SATIF website or provided through official quotations, invitations, or registration materials.
Participation fees may vary depending on:

Sponsorship level
Promotional offers
Other pricing policies announced by the Organizer.
All prices are quoted in the applicable currency specified by the Organizer unless otherwise stated.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify participation fees for future registrations at any time. Such changes shall not affect registrations that have already been confirmed.
14. Payment Terms
Participation is considered confirmed only after:
submission of the registration application;
approval by the Organizer;
receipt of full payment (unless otherwise agreed in writing); and
issuance of an official confirmation by the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse access to participants whose participation fees remain unpaid.
Participants are responsible for all bank charges, transfer fees, taxes, withholding taxes, currency conversion costs, or other financial charges associated with payment.
15. Registration Confirmation
Following successful approval and payment, the Organizer will issue an official confirmation of participation.

Participants should carefully review their confirmation and promptly notify the Organizer of any errors.
16. Cancellation by Participant
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, participation fees are non-refundable.
If a participant decides to cancel participation for any reason, including but not limited to:
travel restrictions;
visa refusal;
internal business decisions;
scheduling conflicts;
financial circumstances; or
failure to attend,
the Organizer shall have no obligation to refund participation fees already paid.
Any approved exception shall be entirely at the Organizer's discretion.
17. Participant Substitutions
A registered participant may request to substitute another representative from the same organization.
All substitution requests:
must be submitted in writing;
are subject to Organizer approval; and
must be received before the deadline specified by the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse substitutions where operational or security considerations require.
18. Event Modifications
The Organizer reserves the right to modify any aspect of SATIF whenever reasonably necessary.
This may include changes to:
event schedule;
venue layout;
meeting schedules;
speakers;
exhibitors;
participating organizations;
networking activities;
business matching arrangements;
conference sessions;
operating hours; or
other event components.
Such modifications shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
19. Postponement, Relocation or Cancellation
The Organizer reserves the right to postpone, relocate, reschedule, or cancel SATIF where circumstances make it necessary or advisable.
Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
government actions;
legal restrictions;
public health emergencies;
security concerns;
natural disasters;
civil unrest;
armed conflict;
terrorism;
transportation disruptions;
venue unavailability; or
any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer.
Where reasonably practicable, the Organizer will notify participants using the contact details provided during registration.
Where the event is postponed, registrations may be transferred to the new event date.
The Organizer's total liability shall not exceed the participation fee actually paid by the participant.
The Organizer shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential costs, including but not limited to:
airfare;
accommodation;
visa expenses;
transportation;
business losses;
lost opportunities; or
other incidental expenses.
20. Force Majeure
The Organizer shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, modification, suspension, or failure to perform its obligations where such circumstances result from events beyond its reasonable control.
Force Majeure events include, but are not limited to:
acts of God;
earthquakes;
floods;
fires;
epidemics or pandemics;
government restrictions;
sanctions;
strikes;
war;
terrorism;
cyberattacks;
power failures;
telecommunications failures; or
any other extraordinary event beyond reasonable control.
During such events, the Organizer may suspend, modify, postpone, or cancel services without liability, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
21. Confidentiality
SATIF facilitates business introductions and networking opportunities between participating organizations.
Participants acknowledge that business discussions may involve confidential or commercially sensitive information.
Each participant is solely responsible for protecting its confidential information during meetings, negotiations, and communications with other participants.
The Organizer is not responsible for:
disclosure of confidential information by participants;
business decisions made by participants;
unauthorized use of confidential information by third parties; or
disputes arising from commercial discussions.
Where appropriate, participants are encouraged to enter into separate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) directly with each other.
22. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to SATIF, including but not limited to:

logos
trademarks
branding
website design
graphics
publications
presentations
promotional materials
digital content
event materials
are owned by or licensed to TWOSERT Investment & Development Co., unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, translated, published, or commercially exploited without the prior written permission of the Organizer.
Nothing in these Terms grants any license or ownership rights to participants.
23. Media, Photography & Recording
During SATIF, photographs, video recordings, live streaming, interviews, and other media may be produced for documentation, promotional, educational, and marketing purposes.
By participating in SATIF, participants grant the Organizer the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to capture, reproduce, publish, distribute, and use their image, voice, company name, logo, and participation in connection with SATIF and future promotional activities.
Participants who do not wish to appear in promotional materials should notify the Organizer in writing before the event.
24. Privacy & Data Protection
The Organizer is committed to protecting personal and business information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Information collected through the SATIF website or registration process may be used for:
event administration;
participant communication;
business matchmaking;
meeting scheduling;
customer support;
operational management;
future SATIF communications; and
other legitimate business purposes related to SATIF.
Personal information will not be sold to third parties.

25. Code of Conduct
SATIF is committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and business-focused environment.
All participants are expected to conduct themselves with honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
fraud or misrepresentation;
harassment or discrimination;
abusive or threatening behavior;
unauthorized solicitation;
unlawful activities;
infringement of intellectual property rights;
distribution of misleading information;
disruption of official activities; or
any conduct that may damage the reputation or integrity of SATIF.
The Organizer reserves the right to remove or suspend any participant who violates this Code of Conduct without refund.
26. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
The Organizer provides the SATIF website, platform, and services on an "as available" basis.
The Organizer makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information and facilitate professional business opportunities but does not guarantee:
uninterrupted website availability;
accuracy or completeness of information;
availability of particular participants;
successful business negotiations;
commercial agreements;
investments;
sales;
profits; or
any specific business outcome.
The Organizer shall not be liable for:
indirect damages;
consequential losses;
loss of business;
loss of revenue;
loss of profits;
reputational damage;
travel expenses;
accommodation costs; or
other incidental losses arising from participation in SATIF.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
27. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the SATIF website, or participation in SATIF shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
